Harald and Xebec's dynamic is really good, and I didn't anticipate that he could be at God Valley too.

Harald is making a pretty solid argument. Joining Rocks would mean the opposite of what he was trying to do. He always said the WG is good and bad at the same time, while Xebec remains a villain.

Yeah anyone would chose order over anarchy even if we consider real world scenario. So Harald is not wrong however CDs are scum
