Random prediction: Candyl is a God's Steel / Devoted Blade of God. Not a full-on HK yet (she still has her royal occupation in Esperia), but someone who is on the path to become one.

Oda wants Zoro to remain mysterious, it doesn't work well. For spin off yes, but in OP no.

Seems odd that Brook never mentioned her but he did mentioned about his father and she does looks like a God's Knight.

Yah same inspo in design in Lady Oscar; woman formerly in a typically male role, just like Cavendish straddles femininity in his expression, people want to marry her, sparkles (though Oda did use sparkles to intro the young Shakky and Gloriosa recently, which he didn't do before for beautifully women's intros, so maybe it's just an effect he's willing to use on introduction to emphasize beauty, now?).

I have various thoughts forming right now but can't go all in until we get the next chapter and see how Oda writes her.
