he was handpicked by Kazuki Yao and they trusted his decision for the transition but we will see in 6 months time. The replacement for Yao is a well known seiyuu (Aoi Todo in JJK for example) but isn't really the same as Yao's tbh

There is literally no way to fix the pacing lmao. Even if they took a whole year off, Oda is simply not producing enough chapters to adapt.
