One of the rare moments of the Wano arc that was done well in the manga has now been done even better in the anime.
10/10 episode!

Hearing adult Momo finally speak with a voice of a man that has went through all the hardships he has gives the citizens of Wano and the viewers some well deserved vindication.

And the usual OP reaction faces actually added to the episode, as oposed to the usual unimportant time consumption.

Not going to lie, expected that episode to be shit. Was much better than I expected. I think I liked it a bit better than 1077 overall.

Really solid direction and storyboarding, and Ryo Onishi showed off some nice character animation.

I think they nailed the emotional impact the chapter was going for.

Overall a really solid stretch of episodes from 1074 to 1078.

Looking forward to doing a binge watch of Wano later down the line.
