Something I recently have been thinking about due to Kuma’s flashback, is an edited cut of One Piece once the story is over. Imagine a story in chronological order, every flashback played happening one by one.
It would be a very different viewing experience. You’d see how many tragedies happen in this world, back to back, and how the struggle for freedom is nearly impossible for so many.
Eventually you’ll reach the legitimate start of One Piece and you’ll see Luffy start to rectify places and characters you’ve seen in their past and fix their problems one at a time.

This obviously wouldn’t be an ideal viewing experience but I just think as a cut it would be super interesting to see the entire timeline from beginning to end in order, would really put how fast Luffy just came in and shake up a world set in its ways.
