General & Others One Piece is a good story

tldr (still long): One Piece may be a fantastic commentary on the nature and risks of nuclear powers who safeguard the technology for themselves, climate destruction, Western greed, and the United Nations.

It is primarily geared as a criticism, but also serves to assert that Japan has had a period of its own history erased by the destruction of Western intervention and the spread of propaganda from both socialist and Capitalist sources that ignore or misrepresent Japan, all while being overlooked and forbidden from possessing nuclear weapons.

We knew Enel’s Cover Story was Important
After rereading Enel’s cover story today, I ran down a rabbit hole.

It seems that, based on Enel’s cover story, the moon people ran out of resources and came to earth. These were pretty blatantly the Lunarians. They brought with them, guess what, advanced robotic technology. We see both of these in Vegapunk’s possession. Some of these robots, in a smaller form, are currently activated and serving Enel on the moon.

Real Devils and Gods
The Lunarians came to a world of chaos, not ruled over by one particular group, but divided between gods and demons and the humans under their control. There were also many races of human, such as the long leg and long arm tribes, as well as the Buccaneers whatever they turn out to be, who existed alongside creatures like Fishmen and Giants. The wavering balance of power was disrupted by the arrival of these lunar beings and their advanced technology. They joined forces with Nika, or Joyboy, to destroy the devils, who had possession of the ancient weapons, with which they ruled the world by keeping the technology for themselves. With the Lunarians’ help, Joyboy could fight back.

The ancient weapons were used during this time of war, with the wielders of the weapons being unwilling to share them with anyone else besides those who would ally themselves absolutely. Joyboy espoused nuclear proliferation for mutual assurance. Imu and allies wanted the weapons so they could be in control.

One Piece is social commentary on world history during and following World War 2 with the recent comments on Elbaf, as well as the running commentary on the Celestial Dragons’ depravity and corruption, as parodies of the end result of woke ideology mingled with disgusting greed and climate destruction in this world where nuclear missiles are kept only by the already powerful.

Joyboy lost the conflict, the allied nations became the WG (literally the United Nations), their rulers at the time became the Tenryuubito, and the history was destroyed so that people would not find out that the ones ruling them are actually devil monstrosities. This represents the period of Japanese history essentially lost to the world during the time of World War 2, when the well-organized Japanese allied themselves with literal devils in pursuit of a greater objective, but they were relegated to villains by history, as dictated by political agendas that excluded Japan, especially from America. They were condemned as the allies of Hitler in order to justify the use of nuclear weapons, which were actually deployed as deterrents to all of the other world powers, then immediately shared among the cabal of powerful nations, who to this day run a scam of posturing for nuclear conflict while the leaders of the country live in extravagance and depravity,

Ahem, back to the Story
The “Celestial Dragons” made their base on the Red Line, creating it some way or another, and won the war by using Uranus to raise the world’s sea levels and sink their enemies. They chose to build right by the Sun Tree Eve because that is where devil fruits come from.
The Fruit
The devil fruits are the displaced souls of the devils who died in the conflict captured by the sun tree. They are immortal spirits who are not destroyed but kept through the fruits and recycled when they die, as potentially all spirits are in this world. There is some plan in the works to revive them all and take over the world again. Those with the D initial are those who have the ability to destroy devils’ souls by consuming the fruit.

Vegapunk’s character represents the naturalistic scientific endeavor, which makes an honest attempt to explain (in the case of this story at least) something which is actually monstrous and magical. He represents the clean and efficient, happy and animated future promised by genuine scientific achievement, and peace through prosperity, that the Japanese would espouse. He is simply incorrect in his theories about human will and evolution being the driving force in the world because of his limitations in the commitment to naturalism.

An Excursus on Blackbeard
Blackbeard is both a D and potentially a Buccaneer descendant, which may explain his “strange” physiology, giving him the ability to not only destroy the spirits of the devils he consumes but also to consume multiple. It seems to me that the almost random presence of Catalina Devon and Van Augur in the fight with Saturn, just to make a comment on Teach’s lineage, right when buccaneers are introduced in the story is just too incredible to be an accident. Buccaneers may have the ability to consume multiple fruits.

Either that, or may be more plausibly, the darkness fruit gives him the ability to house as many devil spirits as he wants since his soul is now a dark abyss. Where the devils would normally fight and tear the person apart, in Blackbeard they have free range to roam in utter darkness.

thanks for reading !

when the well-organized Japanese allied themselves with literal devils
Man, the japanesses were wayy more cruel than anyother axis country did. Try to do some research about what they were doing especially in Nanking (even the nazy member that were there, were disgusted) and south east asia. Im indonesian, we had been colonized by the dutch for 350 years, which was extremely cruel. But when our elderly people speaks about it, they said that the japanesse occupation which lasted for only 3,5 years, beats those long 350 years. That alone mean something.
