i believe Sanji will never be evil fruit user becuz :

1-it's already bit late for him to have devil fruit powerz...if odda wanted to give sanji DF he would've done that many chapters before...

2-Sanji is best non fishman swimmer in his team...DF will deprive him from tis skill..

3-to compensate for DF abilities odda gave sanji a replacement wich is sanji germa66 suit ..

Germa66 suit has someting to do with evil fruit abilities :

i believe german 66 like vegapunk learned some secrets about evil fruits ...they could extract elements from devil fruits and combine them with those germa superpower suits..

remenber vegapunk could do someting like dat with pacifistaz cyborgs and eneble them use lazer or lightining beamz..
