1.) Luffy and Zoro's scene, again, because I currently don't like that Straw Hat scene at all.
2.) Tough, but Justice Will Prevail was such an iconic villain speech.
3.) Hiluluk is going to have to take this, alongside Blackbeard's speech, one of the scenes that perfectly sums up OP.
4.) Going with Shanks since I didn't like the Merry coming to life.
5.) Luffy getting shat on will never get old.
6.) Wasn't really feeling the Roger scene tbh, so going with Blackbeard.
7.) Close, but Zoro's scene had more emotional impact.
8.) Hm...if it were Mihawk and his reply to the Krieg Pirates, may have given it to him, but as it stands, giving it to Law.

Just some stray observations this time:

He Laughed has existed for less time than almost every other panel in this series, but it won’t make it all the way because of recently bias; rather, it might genuinely be Oda’s finest work yet. Considering the nature of this competition, that’s really saying something.

Mihawk is in 25 percent of these panels

This is getting progressively difficult, and they’re starting to take a minor emotional toll every time I have to knowingly eliminate a panel I really love each round...however, I expect this will be the last time we see Marco.
