that happened because one piece already reach its peak in eniess lobby and Marineford.
None of the other arc felt as much as those two and our standard just got raised by those two arcs.
Until final war i don't think so any arc will live upto our expectation, that too only because final war be conclusion to every mystery means ridicilous amount of lore dump more than wano.
And I expect Elbaf to be an arc like Zou just pure lore no Imp Fighting. There's no point putting a big arc like dressrosa and wano after a big ass arc like wano. it will be small and brief. give us info into shanks , reverie , and what happened there. then we will switch to either path to one piece or blackbeard arc. I dont know whether we get black beard before getting one piece or after.
