I mean Zoro just beat King in the last arc, and his Lunarian traits alone are comparable to DF abilities. He flew, was invulnerable at times, and had gimmick abilities like his speed form and flames. Add a Pterodactyl fruit in there to bolster all that, and I think the victory qualifies Zoro to stall Mars.
