The only reason I can think of is it is something related to Oda’s health.

According to folks, Redon already send some gif earlier this week which could be a hint for next chapter
Then a sudden break news happened.
Sounds to me that the chapter was already expected to be released this week and even leakers got the raws already but something happen, probably to Oda(?) that stops the publishing of this week chapter abruptly.

He should already have at least 2 chapters in advance i guess, so this sudden cancellation is weird, normally could have officially called for break after this week chapter ....
