People can bitch about these mangas being incomparable or whatever but that does not change one fact.

Oda makes far more writing mistakes than Hara ever does.

I) Plot Induced Stupidity? That one is a One Piece staple. Characters in One Piece suffer losses because they lose brain cells (even the supposedly intelligent ones) and make seriously dumb mistakes. Characters in Kingdom suffer losses because they are genuinely outsmarted by their opponent.

II) Plot holes/inconsistencies? There simply are none in Kingdom. Lol.

III) Pacing? Oda did not used to be bad at this but Post-TS, the man has completely dropped the ball. For example, Dressrosa Arc (102 Chapters) is only 6 chapters shorter than the entire Summit War Saga (108 Chapters).

More and more OP arcs are becoming grossly overinflated with far too many characters and unnecessary side plots. Speaking of which....

IV) Unnecessary characters and side plots? Oda is atrocious with this one. Nothing is ever enough for this man and he simply keeps chucking more and more characters into arcs which makes arcs more and more bloated. The 11 Supernovas and 9 Scabbards come to mind.

Oda tries juggling all these extra characters and fails miserably. The reader ends up seeing more stuff they simply do not care about instead of stuff they actually want to see.

Want to see the Mink Dukes get their revenge on Jack? Yes? Too bad, off screened.

Want to see Luffy dunk on a morbidly obese fat man in a fight with zero tension? No? Screw you, here is a whole fight.

Again, this kind of shit never happens in Kingdom. Kingdom is far better at pacing, with concise arcs filled with important and awesome shit happening in practically every chapter.

When it comes to characters, Hara only focuses on characters that matter and who the audience actually want to see.

Meanwhile, Oda spends whole arcs hyping up Kaido and fails to have him break into the Top 60 most popular OP characters in the middle of his own damn arc, with Kaido getting beaten by every Pre-TS antagonist bar Moria (who in turn beats Linlin. Lel.).

There are other things I could go on about but it would be unnecessary. In terms of not screwing things up, Hara is way ahead of Oda. Lol.

Overall Kingdom is superior because it brings in more entertainment value to me. I like Kingdom more because it brings in the tension that One Piece seemly lacks over the past arcs. WCI and Wano so far has been pretty bad, such as the explosive cuffs on Sanji hands, nah those are duds. Or how Kaido didn't kill the scabbards even though he said death completes a man? Pound being alive was ridiculous...
Kingdom brings in the tension like almost every chapter and then brings in the consequences of such actions later on.
Such as
Reviving the six great general system for Qin. It gives great generals a right to wage war freely but at the cost of being less prepared. The next chapter, Haru wrote the generals are rampaging across a state but are apparently showing the flaw of the system.
So as the audience, we will get another interesting chapter of who out smarts who.

Kingdom by far.

Nothing in Shonen tops the Coalition Arc or State of Ai Arc.

However, it is kind of unfair to compare a violent Seinen focused on warfare with dozens of beheadings every chapter to a shonen manga.
