My source is that in the shonen manga the final villain/ protagonist is stronger than all the other villains, including Kaido. When I said he's 10 times stronger than him I didn't mean it literally. I mean that BB is much more powerful than Kaido and he'll probably stomp him if they fight.
BB is above all villains. He is also destined to beat/ kill Shanks.

For all we know the final villain might be Im/WG. Will he be stronger than Kaido ? Probaby yes. Will he "stomp" him as easily as you make it sound ? No way.
