About the chapter, I didn't mind some relationship development for Saitama and Tatsumaki, it seems like she only had perceived her sister and Blast as humans and the rest of the people in the world was just annoyances/hindrances/enemies to her. It's not even friendship yet, but Tatsumaki acknowledged Saitama as a person worthy of her attention, and I believe his praising her abilities actually felt important for her. Ofc I'm eager to see the plot progression, but such "filler" chapters actually add a little more depth to the characters and I liked that skirmish between Tatsumaki and Saitama. I feel like they're going to continue such tests, I mean, training, and it may even be plot relevant later, when Tatsumaki needs to fight something (someone?) stronger than Psychos (or however her name is spelled).

What i interprete is the 'unascertained' of Tatsumaki that begin on 'awakening' her interest towards Saitama.

Lot of hand holding compared to the WC. Like, what's the point of shoving those things about Tatsu in when we could already surmise most if not all of that from Tatsu's behavior and characterization from previous chapters?

A little sad that Tatsu didn't push herself to the brink and reopen her brain wounds fighting Saitama too.

this manga doesn't seem to have any focus on romantic relationships, except for minor characters.

Nothing out of the league but a good chapter to go deep on tatsumaki mind, she looking for validation from Blast (which i think gave her some terrible advice like "dont ask for help" lol). She recognized Saitama Strenght and now she'll cool off about fubuki
