Glad the raid suits gone, design wise it’s cool for a gimmick but not for long term use. Sanji destroying it and choosing not to be a warrior of science was a good scene

Exoskeleton is still better than the raid suit, happy with how Oda immediately implemented it as just a way for Sanji to use more fire.

For future:
Would like an explanation on why Sanjis eyes reverted to normal and what actually caused it to trigger

I'm not against the RS or the lineage factor..
And yes! I want the RS to be back and upgraded by Franky and Usopp..
The RS is meant to be worn by the Germa siblings.. I don't see why Sanji should be the exception... He can still have his emotions and values while benefiting from the RS features..

I just want the Germa plot to be over..

Goddammit, 02 arcs and we're still talking about them and some of the issues aren't solved yet..
Wrap it up Oda! Please..

Personally disliked both the raid suit and lineage factor/exoskeleton. Glad the raid suit got removed (it had a good visual design though), not glad it was basically replaced with the exoskeleton. At the end of the day, just personally feel it ties Sanjis future achievements to Judge’s experiments when I thought the route we were going to go with was that Sanji would achieve greatness on his own merit and proving Judge/Germas methods to be wrong.

I have seen some people make the comparison that Sanjis now basically going through the same story arc as Todoroki from BNHA but I think theres a few key differences -
  1. We essentially spent 1000 chapters where Sanjis accomplishment was based on his own merit/training. Even in WCI, he wasn’t portrayed to be lesser than his siblings that had to rely on Germa tech, which is why as I noted above I was expecting that the route was that Sanji would achieve greater things on his own. On the other hand, basically from the very start Todoroki was portrayed to be actively hurting himself by not using his fire side. From the very beginning Todorokis story arc was established to be accepting his fire powers.
  2. Even when Todoroki started using his fire side, it wasn’t an automatic super power up. His offensive ceiling got higher but his overall effectiveness wasn’t that much better due to lack of practice. He had to train for hundred of chapters to get comfortable with his fire side. The exoskeleton on the other hand is basically just a straight stat boost with no training or practice required. I generally dislike that kind of power up where its just a straight up increase in effectiveness with no downside and no training required
  3. Lastly, Endeavor got a redemption arc (or at the very least is in the middle of it). Hes trying to rebuild his relationship with Todoroki and his family. Most importantly hes getting punished for his eugenics experiment. I think its very unlikely that Judge will get any of this. Sanji becoming strong partly due to his experiments is basically just support for his methods.

I like the lineage factor from a writing perspective. A character getting a power against his will and being very conflicted about it is more compelling than Luffy’s “get stronger in middle of battle”

The design was cool, but plot wise Sanji destroying it is better for the character. Ibptefer if it dont returno to the story

Also liked the PU he got, fit well with his powers.

Dont think this "evil" Sanji will happen, but Oda probably will make some in story joke with It.

1. I liked the RS, just dislikes the fact that people using it as an argument as if Sanji were too weak without it. Love the design, colors, and its abilities.
2. Hope it doesn't return, it would make Sanji's character development against Queen pointless otherwise.
3. The lineage factor boost is 50/50 for me. I don't like it nor dislike it, but it gives more benefits to Sanji than the RS would.
4. Fuck evil Sanji.
5. I guess that in the future where Sanji meets Vegapunk, he would explains the concepts of linage factor.
