1. Rocks pirates disbanded 38 years ago
   • Newgate being 36
   • Linlin 30
   • Kaido 21
2. They started recruiting around 33 years ago

Newgate
Whitebeard pirates 30 years ago same year oden joins and pre division commanders. We don't yet know anything about the formation order before that if im correct

Kaido
King at least 20 years ago
Queen and the numbers were with him for at least 20 years being there to take down oden along. Im assuming they joined him whatever year he was being experimented on by vegapunk since they all got a connection to him. Possibly around the year the beast pirates formed too
He might've had some nameless goons with him in the beginning too lol

Linlin
She's been a pirate basically her whole life since she was 6 (62 years ago) but before she she was a part of rocks and started being known as big mom. Her first crewmate/partner/whatever you want to call their fucked up relationship was streusen with zeus and prometheus also being there early on. As for anyone else ???

1. 38 years ago when rocks disbanded she had 30/85 (the oldest aka perospero being 12)
2. 33 years ago when the other 2 started recruiting she had 40/85 (peros being 17)

Coz he got captured by Navy between 38-33 years ago

Kaido for me had some dudes before King joined 30-28 years ago, while Queen joined 28-25 years ago when MADS disbanded
He's probably the only one to get his current top 2 late. It also explains his 7Ls and 18 captures
He had trash crew (even when King and Queen joined) until 20 years ago when he got numbers + others.

I would love a flashback displaying why and how all these great pirates joined Rocks or even why and how Rocks himself made his crew.

I would like even a non canonical movie funnily for how desperate I am.

Yeah kaido seemed to take the longest time to get a decent crew at at least compared to linlin and newgate

Other than king queen and the numbers

• We don't know about jack but he was only 8 when they defeated oden (same as yamato) and wasn't shown in the flashback
• Who's who and drake only joined within the past 2 years
• Ulti and page one were apparently taken in as kids by him but are still pretty young being 22 and 20
• Black maria might've been around 20 years ago when she was 9 i guess since she was born in wano
• Sasaki likely only joined semi recently too
