Do you think Osturu survived the burning of Okobore Town?

Spoiler: Kin tells Momo that Okobore Town was burnt to the ground

I feel nearly certain that she's alive AND that she knows more than we've been led to believe.
When we met her, she was rescued by Zoro outside of Amigasa Village. Had she been out looking for Otama?

Spoiler: Luffy sees Zoro rescuing Otsuru

After Zoro saved her, she hitched a ride in Komachiyo's tail before finally popping out after the battle w Hawkins.

Spoiler: Tsuru appears from the tail and asks about Otama

How did she know Otama? Amigasa Village and Okobore Town are both in Kuri (which was Oden's old turf), but they're not that close. And why did she already suspect that Otama had been drinking river water? I wonder if she's in contact with Yasu and Tenguyama Hitetsu.
Otsuru says she's new to Okobore Town and that Okiku's been there for a month. What have they been doing for the past 20 years?

Otsuru and Okiku had recognized each other, but neither was willing to compromise the Scabbards and they never acknowledged it. Why don't they trust each other?

Spoiler: Kin thinks that Otsuru doesn't know he's in Wano

Kin and Okiku chose to keep Otsuru in the dark regarding what was going on, even though they both seem emotionally attached to her. Do they not trust her? I'm not saying she's the traitor, because she's clearly loyal to the Scabbards' cause and has known Kin since they were kids. But there is more to her than meets the eye.

Spoiler: She recognized that Luffy and Zoro weren't from Wano and promised not to tell their secret.

She was also willing to sacrifice herself for all of the people of Okobore Town to keep the Scabbards' plan from falling through.
Do you think Otsuru is still alive and will make an impact on the final battle? At the very least, she might be able to rally the people of Okobore Town and possibly all of Kuri!

She's 100% alive. I don't see Oda ending things in tragedy for Kin'emon and Tsuru, especially after we've been given the significance of their relationship for one another. At worst, it'd be Kin'emon who dies fighting a valiant effort, but even that's dubious.

I do think she knows a lot more than she lets on. When Kin'emon and co first landed 20 years into the future, they were greeted by various Kozuki supporters.

They knew of the Kozuki's return through Toki's last words. Tsuru would've learned and trusted Toki's prophecy. This could be a reason she didn't remarry, as she knew her husband would eventually return. Though I imagine she wouldn't have remarried either way.

Tsuru was the wife of the leader of the 9 Red Scabbards. She's a prime candidate to be informed of more pertinent information of the plan. Like that the Alliance is working in secret, or major contributors like Yasu and Hitetsu.

She better be alive, if only because we need at least ONE Wano wife who supports both the cause and the other adherents thereof. As far as what she knows, I’m sure there’s a lot she could tell the alliance about certain machinations that have been put in place since that fateful day two decades ago. I’m mostly curious now if she’ll be able to contribute to the final battle in some way - not that I expect her to enter the fray, but she’ll have some insight that may be crucial to bringing Orochi and Kaido down.
