Oka. Those 2 are from different Manga so power comparison is hard and I must admit being really biaised in favor of Bradley.

Scar power really seems like Overhaul one. ( Probably why who took him ).

Bradley is the guy who face multiple oponents counting Greed the mostly invulnerable, Ling, Fu, Mustang.

I think what is said about Mifune ( so fast you can't do jutsu ) really does apply to King Bradley too. He was so fast Mustang didn't have time to blast him.

Overhaul kill you in one touch. Well Scar too.

Bradley win this but once again I'm super biaised in King Bradley favor.😸

Can't really remember too much for FMA powerscaling wise. When I reread the series last, I didn't pay much attention to that stuff. I do know that Overhaul's quirk >>> Scar's alchemy tattoo's. The ability to heal himself, to remake the environment in a second, to incorporate what's around him into his body? Far, far more impressive and versatile than deconstruction and limited repurposing.

I recall Bradley being fast, so maybe he wins Round 1 if he can chop off Overhaul's hands quickly enough. But once you get to Monster Overhaul or Kaiju Overhaul, it's over. Four hands to use quirks/repair himself with, overwhelming physical might, then Kaiju Overhaul just being an absolute monster would overwhelm Bradley.
