I believe Pre-TS Pacfisita are Base Models
Then the Updated Models were called "Mark" & the Number simply indicate Weapon Variety
Maybe Mark III are ones with Shields
Mark I & II have other Technology instead
They could be based on Rock, Paper, Scissor
Meaning Mark III have Shields, while Mark I or II have a Cutting Weapon & remaining one have a Powerful Punch or something similar
