I think the problem is with your username/password if I'm not mistaken.

Google tells you that your username/password was found in a data breach in some other app or website and suggests you to change it because hackers are likely to try and use them in other sites in case you use the same password for everything...

So I think if you change your password, you won't get the warning anymore

This notification is more like that the combination is somewhere breached and they see you use the spread Passwort also here, so it suggest you to change.

from your IP log I can confirm nobody logged into your account except you, which pretty much means nobody hacked your account here.

Google chrome is asking you to update your password maybe this site lacks security features if hacking occurs . It's not a big deal to be fair.
