Hello , let's begin with what we know so far about Pluton
1) is under Wano's submerged layer
2) awakening pluton implies destroying the outer walls of Wano
3) is a "battle-ship"
4) can destroy a island in a single shot
5) is currently sleeping
6) it has blueprints and franky memorized them
7) momo can activate/awaken pluton
Ok so let's see what we can deduce
A) PLUTON IS A LIVING BEING
point 5 and 7 imply that Pluton is a living being , of course sleeping and waking up means you are a living being , also the fact that Momo can talk to Zunisha would suggest that he can do the same with Pluton and it's probably the key to how Pluton is activated , Momo said during the raid this : "it seems that i cannot die just yet" impling that he has a big role to play unique to him i.e. activating Pluton using his Telepathy ability.
Momo it's not pluton confirmed so it must be the entity he can communicate with, of course Zunisha isn't Pluton but it's very possible that it's an animal similar to Zunisha.
B) PLUTON IS A BATTLESHIP
This is stated in water seven , also the fact that it has BLUEPRINTS implies that pluton has some mechanical properties , at least partially.
IF BOTH A and B are true , there is only 1 possible conclusion : PLUTON IS A ANIMAL WITH MECHANICAL PARTS I.E. A CYBORG
Now Sukiyaki also said that Awakening Pluton would destroy the outer walls of Wano
This makes no sense
Pluton coming up from the bottom shouldn't just destroy the walls but also Wano ! there is only 1 possibility for this ! Wano is part of Pluton i.e. is sitting on Pluton's back whereas the walls are not part of Pluton and therefore they would get destroyed when Pluton is standing upright and isn't sleeping
But why a 3 headed Dog ?
Pluton also called Hades in greek mythology is the ruler of the underworld , the pet of Hades is cerberus so i think a 3 headed dog would fit , i can't think of a better animal then the guardian dog of the gates of hell.
