Pluton... is a Sea Beast/Dragon turned into a Submarine. We know it is lurking underneath Wano, where Kaido and Linlin are: which is filled with lava.

Pluton is "slumbering" and must be "awakened" IE, it's alive. This is why Franky was so astonished: Pluton is a literal Mecha-Kaiju. Franky, who introduced Pluton, is a Cyborg Shipwright. Pluton is a Cyborg Ship.

ALSO, Catarina Devon could easily turn into Tama, to then possibly control Pluton. If Tama's Fruit works so that the VOICE of the User is what gives commands to the Animals, then, Catarina becoming Tama would legitimately let Catarina hijack Pluton.

If Pluton is trapped down there... dude's probably hungry. Wano started with Tama feeding Luffy, a God, when he was hungry.
