Hey everyone! welcome to a custom Dethy game by yours truly.
Host: Ekkologix
Start Date: Day 0 starts in Wednesday May 11th - 12 PM CST = 1 PM EST = 6 PM CET = 5 PM GMT
Lynches: Plurality. The player with most votes on them is lynched by EoD. End day votes will be allowed once half the players are dead.
Phase Length: 24 hrs day/night phase, will shorten accordingly as players numbers start dwindling down.

Game setup:
4x Sane Cop - obtains true investigation results
4x Insane Cop - obtains reversed investigation results as sane cop (innocent becomes guilty and vice versa)
4x Paranoid Cop - always obtains a guilty result
4x Naive Cop - always obtains an innocent result
= 16 players
> 11 players from the above at random will be Town Cops (unknown sanity). They will not be aware of their sanity, and will scan innocent to sane cops.
> 4 players from the above at random will be Mafia Cops (unknown sanity). They will not be aware of their sanity, and will scan guilty to sane cops. The Mafia will not have a nightly factional kill.
> 1 player from the above at random will be the Lyncherino Assassinato (known sanity + desirable appearance). The Lyncherino:
- Will be aware of his own starting sanity, and has the ability to change his sanity to what he wants for the night.
- Will have the ability to reverse how he or another player scans to sane cops each night (default- Lyncherino scans guilty to sane cops).
Wincons:
Town - Eliminate all threat to town.
Mafia - Eliminate the Lyncherino Assassinato and attain vote parity with town.
Lyncherino - Survive until Final 2. Upon achieving this win condition, both the town and mafia will automatically lose the game, except for your partner.

Game Mechanics:
- Day 0 and Partners - This game will start in day 0. In this day all players will discuss among themselves in the thread and select partners. To do this, both players must agree to the partnership, and both players need to tag me in the thread with their chosen partner's name to approve the partnership. Partnered players will become lovers and will share a neighbor chat at the start of night 0. This chat will remain open until one of them dies, and they may talk in it at all times. This day will last 24 hours or until everyone has selected a partner. If a player has not selected a partner by the deadline, one will be selected at random for them. There will be no lynch this day, and the game will move right to night 0 after all partners are selected.
- Night 0 - Players may use their cop abilities as normal in this night. This night will last 24 hours or until all actions are submitted. Players may abstain if they do not wish to scan someone. The Conditional Triggers do not work in this night (see below for more details).
- Claims - There is absolutely no restrictions on claiming this game. Just do not copy paste your role lol.
- Self Target - Targeting yourself by your own cop ability is prohibited in this game. You may target anyone else however many times you desire.
- Factional Kill and Lynches - Mafia will not have a nightly factional kill, instead the game will run purely by lynches for the most part. Sometimes, when a player is lynched, their partner suicides out of sadness (regardless of alignment). You will not be informed of which days are those or what triggers a partner suiciding for the loss of their partner. Partners will not suicide if their partners are night killed.
- Tied Lynches - Tied lynches will be resolved based on the sanity of the tied players, in this looping sequence: Sane > Insane > Paranoid > Naive > Sane... For example, if a sane and an insane player are offered for a lynch. The sane player comes out on top and the insane one is lynched. However, If for example a paranoid and a sane player are offered for a lynch, or 2 paranoid players are offered, then this cannot be normally solved by the sequence. Therefore in this case both players will be prompted to guess the sanity of the other player. Who ever guesses correctly wins, and the other player is lynched. If both players guessed correctly, or both guessed incorrectly... this will finally be resolved via the chaddest way ever... RPS between the tied players.
- Flips and Mafia Count - All players in this game will flip as Town Cop (unknown sanity), including the mafia and Lyncherino. However, with that being said, at certain random bizarre times in the game, there will be random census counts showing the number of living Mafia Cops alive. You will not be informed of when and how this is triggered. The Lyncherino will not be announced to be alive or dead in those random counts.
- Conditional Triggers - There will be certain conditional triggers that if met at night could result in night kills occurring. These will be outlined in your roles as well. They are as follows: (Note that these triggers will not work in night 0 to avoid a player randomly dying before even playing the game)
- If you target a player with the same sanity as yours, you will kill them
- If you target a player with an opposing sanity as yours, you will protect them from kills
- If you and another player of the same sanity as yours target a third player (regardless of their sanity), you both will kill that player

Rules:
Standard WG light game rules mostly apply. Some quick pointers-
- Do not quote anything from your role PM to the thread.
- Try to have a minimum of 2 contributive posts per day to avoid being force subbed. I will not mod-block in this game.
- There is no specific format required to vote, however I prefer if you use: Vote Lynch PlayerName to lower the chance of me missing your vote. Vote counts will be randomly provided throughout the day as I find time for it.
- Do not excessively cry, whine, threaten to quit the game, or whatever nonsense to emotionally appeal to your opponents. I reserve the right to yeet you out of existence if such behavior persists. A bit of banter is fine here and there, but keep it reasonable and cool man.
- Do not angleshoot, or attempt to angleshoot, or entertain anyone attempting to angleshoot. I do not tolerate this, so take this as your first and likely only warning.
- Just play fair :tiredpepe ...
