What if their loses to shanks and Blackbeard respectively is what “forces them” to make an official alliance or even crew together. They pretty much lost everything and have to start from scratch more or less. So why not just officially join forces at that point since they really don’t got that much to lose
They seem to do better together than separate anyway
They could also potentially mirror another potential alliance between another red haired and blue haired duo
- Kid and shanks being red haired one armed conquerors
- Killer and beckman being the partner character to the red haired captains
- Law lowkey might be equivalent to all 3 main cross guild members
- Law definitely can eventually reach emperor level infamy like buggy
- Become a top tier in power like mihawk
- And be considered an extremely smart character and general planner
