Can;t decide. Franklin has yet to prove himself. We can't really compare his potrayal within the potrayals of others. lol
If his bullets are anything like normal bullets, Franky high diff. If they are stronger, Franklin for the win. His stamina plays the key role though. If he can outlast Cola fueled Franky, he can easily pick up a win.
Hate to break it to you bro but this is absolutely groundless.
Not only do you fail to show how Franklin would would blitz, you just assume that these characters are faster without a lick of evidence being put forth that even remotey backs an outstanding claim like that.
Franklin does scale to the characters you’ve mentioned and some of those said characters have been consistent bullet timers:
Cheetu’s feat is even more impressive comapared to the rest here since he lets those bullets come to him on purpose and then blitzes the officers.
So Franklin is in the Hypersonic range in terms of speed.
As for pretimeskip Franky, he directly scales to the CP9 members with whom he fought.
One of the weaker CP9 members in Kalifa was seen reacting to and dodging lightning based attacks multipe times:
In order to dodge lightning like that you gotta be atleast moving at Mach 500, meaning Kalifa is moving at massively hypersonic speeds and casually at that. I mean you even got lightning timing feats from Luffy in Skypeia and that same version of Luffy was getting the work from Franky when they first met.
So Franky is at very least as fast Kalifa, who has been shown clearly moving faster than lightning.
Now we’ve seen lightning speeds in HxH too:
Togashi even goes out of his way to state how fast Killua is moving
Killua blitzes the hell outta Youpi, the dude couldn’t keep up with him.
As already shown Franklin is around Hypersonic and is comparable to dudes like Uvogin, Kurapika etc.
Franky on the otherhand is at least as fast Kalifa who can easily dodge lightning, which is Massively faster than Hypersonic, in layman terms far faster than those bullet timing feats.
So in order for Franklin to blitz someone of Franky’s caliber, the dude would have to be moving far faster than lightning and would in turn blitz godspeed Killua
Idk bout yall but Franklin blitzing one of the fastest characters in the verse sounds asinine. Now I’m not the HxH expert here, maybe Franklin is actually that fast and is just secrely hiding it? Lmao.
But yeah no Franklin is not blitzing Franky in fact the opposite is true when broken down. Its pretty clear that One Piece characters on average are just the physically faster characters as evidenced by canonical facts in both mangas. Otherwise you would have to take insane leaps in logic to try and prove nonsense.
