OP mid tiers scale pretty high in physical stats as far as I'm aware.

Preskip Luffy was already capable of some incredibly crazy shit, and Page One scales way above Preskip Luffy.

With speed equal and assuming Prime might is like 5/10 times stronger than injured one he can maybe takes it.

Without speed equal P1 likely

P1 is a tank and has good recovery but imagine some punch 10 times more powerful that kamino ones. And AM is really experienced heavily trained in CQC and not stupid at all. AM is maybe goofy but the guy can think on his two feet.
