This a quirk that I wanted to discuss with you.

Twin Impact allows Nirengeki to, at the site of any initial impact, create a second impact remotely and at his discretion. The second impact will be many times stronger than the initial one.

It is not very clear for me what this quirk can do or cannot do.
Does this mean that when Nirengeki punch someone once the guy will have a normal punch and when he activate his quirk the guy feel a much harder hit ?
Imagine this power with a gun or a weapon ? With a gun someone is hit and BAM your injury becomes more large and deadly. Or with a baseball bat.
Do you think that Nirengeki has to touch or do the impact himself or he can increase any impact that he have seen ?
Because if he can increase every impact on sight he is the best supportive hero ever. You have all might giving his best punch near Nirengeki and he doubles the impact of the punch. All for one would have been dead.
What do you think about this quirk ? Maybe his weakness ? His potential ?
