General & Others Raijin Island arc

IMHO They still could’ve gone to Raijin Island after Punk Hazard as a sort of buffer between the long Punk Hazard Arc and the massive Dressrosa Arc.
Raijin Island could’ve been where they discovered even more of Doflamingo’s shady underworld dealings...
Nami and Luffy would’ve shined in this arc, given the fact that they both have abilities resistant to lightning. Nami probably even studied extensively on how to survive Raijin Island during her time on Weatheria...
I could see the antagonist being Baby 5 and Buffalo who came to retrieve Caesar after the Strawhats captured him. Maybe another antagonist could be Weevil, introduced a bit earlier, hunting down the remnants of the Whitebeard Pirates who have marooned on Raijin Island.
Does anyone remember the old lady who offered Urogue an umbrella pre-timeskip? I could definitely see whatever group she belongs to as being antagonistic as well. Maybe it was some sort of cult? That could’ve been interesting.
Usopp and Nami’s “cowardly” moment would occur here instead of Punk Hazard and Nami would utilize the lightning of Raijin Island to subdue both Baby 5 and Buffalo.
Alternatively, if you’re asking what would’ve happened had they never gone to Punk Hazard and instead sailed straight to Raijin Island, I would say that the plot would predominantly focus on Smoker trying to capture Luffy while dealing with the goings on of whatever group that old lady belonged.
Unless Doflamingo somehow had strong ties to Raijin Island in the same vein as Punk Hazard, the Strawhats would never get involved with Law or anything Dressrosa related until they happened across Dressrosa.
