Random Question about Kirara Hoshi

In the manga, the character Kirara Hoshi was referred to as a boy by Panda.

But some JJK fans on reddit and twitter keep claiming that the character is trans and a women, but I don't remember the character ever being mentioned as a girl during the story.

So is Kirara a boy, or no?

Or is it like the whole Yamato situation, where mentally ill redditors and those on twitter kept claiming that Yamato is trans, even though it turned out that wasn't the case, and that Yamato is a girl and not trans.

So yeah which is it for Kirara?

In the Japanese text Kirara only ever uses gender neutral pronouns which doesn't necessarily mean or not mean anything so it's ambiguous.
