I would put Stussy 2nd but she should've knocked out Lucci instead of Kaku first. She's smart but she had a miss opportunity (Unless someone is with her and is about to backstab Lucci next chapter). Apoo is a damn cockroach and X-Drake should be below Stussy instead of Caribou.

Speaking of sneaky, Lafitte is also one and is actually a big reason of BB's success pre-timeskip.

I agree stussy should have gone for Lucci first, my guess is that she knew his observation haki was too good and needed to just take out Kaku while he wasn't expecting it so it wasn't 2v1
