Prime Aisen will be strong though. He's probably going to be Great General Mouten's "sword"

Shiryou/Batei
- Rokuomi
- Sou'Ou/Denrimi
- Futei
- Hakurei

Low High Tier
- Kyou Rei
- Fuuon
- Aisen
- Akakin

But Shiryou been looking beastly recently. She might actually deserve to be put on that Shukai Akou/Bananji/Gyou’Un tier unless Ji Aga really is just barely trying which wouldn't go along with his personality.

Didn't he overpower Gakushou and smack him to the ground while Gakushou smacked Mouten to the ground.

Probably Batei >~ Shiryou > Rokuomi >~ Aisen

Judging by their exchange I would say Shiryou is slightly stronger than Batei. Didn't she break his nose ?

Reason for Batei >= Shiryou is that Batei had been fighting for 2 weeks nonstop before their clash

Don't remember much of Batei's feats but he seems stronger than Rokuomi but I'm not sure
