Versus Battle Ranking the Generals

Don't see a specific section for power level discussions here like in the OP section, so putting it here.

Read the manga (binge read it actually, 4.5-5 days), pretty good manga, couldn't stop reading. One weird thing though or sort of like Dragonball is that all new enemies keep popping up and weirdly we find out that one way or the other the new villains are equal to, comparable to etc. to established legends.

So how exactly would you put the generals/great generals so far in the series in terms of 1v1 combat? I would guess Ouki is at the top and then come guys like Houken and Mobu.

Nice, hope you been liking it bruhz. The list is going to diff very much dependent on who you ask, I would say even more so than One Piece if being honest, because it's not as clear cut when it comes to the actual fight in the series.

My personal is out of the GGs:
1. Ouki
2. Renpa
3. Tou
4. Moubu
5. SHK or Yotanwa

It's very hard to predict in Kingdom how a fight will go in the story because of factors that contribute to fighting that aren't part of just being more skilled or stronger physically.

You have weight of a general, which boosts generals in fighting.
You have emotional boost somebody might get from seeing their friend/family die in front of them, allowing them to defeat a superior one.
You have boost that people get because of holding on to a promise they made with someone.
You have a boost for fighting for a higher purpose (like unifying China).

^^^ These things are hard to measure for people. So there's room to argue. But there are also people who're just clear cut superior combatants compared to others.
