You are saying if kashimo isnt there sukuna doesnt "Waste" his 1hp megkuna body but also ignoring everything in context of that.
If kashimo isnt there, in the first place yuji and higu would easily force him to switch to his heain body if changes of plan then someone like maki can physically overwhel him since he has no RCT and domain and all fucked up and force him to "waste" his 1hp

Sukuna still has the same amount of CE in the Meguna form as he does when his body recovers, the body restore just gets around the need to use RCT.

Sukuna still has more than half his output (based on what he says at the start of the Yuta fight), so no he is still trashing Higuruma and Yuji.

Hell, I could even argue he'd probably just go straight for the kill on Higu and not waste time playing with him.

And this Sukuna would SPAM Kamutoke.

If Yuji and Higuruma went first ahead of Kashimo, they would have put Sukuna in Deadly Sentencing before he got his cursed tool. They would’ve taken Shrine and Sukuna would be fucked.
