Kaido and Garp don't know how to raise children properly; I think Yamato would be well-treated by Kaido if it weren't for the detail of her proclaiming herself as Oden. I would give Warp a 7/10.
I chose 6 but would say TBD. Just always felt like there's a major part of Garp's character that we haven't gotten yet that's going to put a lot of his decisions in more context than what we have been given
