However the scaling in this movie is really wonky, but even in the film attacks from individual legendaries could devistate city blocks and cut clean through skyscrapers

Strength

• Breaks through Deoxys' city-wide barrier after it's weakened
• Breaks free of the rubble holding it
• Sends a large metal container flying with a swing of its tail

• Easily breaks through White Kyurem's ice
• Knocks back Mega Charizard X and seems to leave it reeling by just flying past it

• Dodges Primal Groudon's solar beam and then weaves around Primal Kyogre's origin pulse. For reference Primal Kyogre's Origin Pulse could travel to the horizon (likely several miles) in a second
• Dodges multiple origins pulses from Primal Kyogre while still recovering from an attack
• Weaves around Mega Charizard's flamethrower and charges it
• Dodges a point blank blast from Giratina

Durability

• No sells an explosion produced by a half a dozen precipice blades. For reference a single precipice blade could create an explosion that sent several nearby helicopters spinning out
• Takes Primal Groudon's eruption attack (which involves being slammed by several red hot rocks) and goes crashing through a massive amount of ice, and shakes it off
• Maybe no-sells a missile swarm (though it's really unclear if any actually hit)
• Unfazed by White Kyurem freezing the river it's in and said Kyurem was powerful enough to flash freeze a skyscraper
• Takes a blast from an unclear legendary that sends it crashing into the ground. It's not clear when it recovers but the next time we see it it's flying around like nothing happened.
• Shakes off a shadow ball from Hoopa Unbound, which creates an explosion powerful enough to cancel out a tornado

Misc

• Emits particles capable of changing the components of the atmosphere, controlling the weather
• Using twister creates a tornado that surrounds a building and, with the help of Mega Latios' and Mega Latias' telekinesis manages to block blasts from Hoopa and its summoned legendaries.

Emerald

• Quickly flies from the Sky Pillar to Sootopolis City. Its mere presence stops the fight between Groudon and Kyogre, which threatened all life on the planet due to the chaotic weather.

Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire

• Rapidly flies into orbit, mega evolves, and then plows right through a six mile long asteroid with dragon ascent, destroying it and saving the planet. And I know the asteroid doesn't look that big in the cutscene, but 6 miles is the stated diameter

Mystery Dungeon

• By firing a hyper beam up, manages to stop a massive asteroid that threatened to destroy the world.

Now for Kaido:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Large Size (Type 0. Kaidou is 7.1 meters tall. Type 2 in Dragon Form. These clouds can also be used to lift other objects, and they are even capable of lifting an island out of the sea), Enhanced Senses (Zoan users gain the senses of their respective animals), Breath Attack, Fire Manipulation (Can generate fire blasts from his mouth), Electricity Manipulation (Can generate lightning with his Thunder Bagua, Vajra Arrow or by roaring in Zoan Form), Air Manipulation (Can create sharp wind blades with his breath and can throw flying strikes by striking the air with his kanabo), Limited Danmaku with Tatsumaki and Kaifu (Those caught in his Tatsumaki are cut by dozens of ranged slashes composed in a constant swirling tornado. His Tatsumaki Kaifu releases several sharp blades of wind in all directions), Regeneration (Mid-Low. Able to heal stab wounds in a short period of time), Empowerment (When drunk from alcohol he enters a state called Shuron Hakke, which greatly strengthens his Haki and causes him to change into various modes based on his drunken mood swings), Limited Technique Mimicry (In his Nusubito Jogo mode, he can mimic his opponent's fighting style to an extent, but has so far only been shown to replicate Luffy's ability to change his attack's trajectory at will), Flame Aura (Via Kaen Daiko; Kaido was confident that the heat produced would melt Gear 5th Luffy's Bajrang Gun into nothing if it came to touch it), Statistics Amplification (Via "Super Hybrid" by increasing the muscle mass of his body to enhance his strength)
Attack Potency: Continent level, possibly Moon level (Able to match a furious Oden blow for blow. Fought and matched Big Mom[2]. He was stated to be one of the few people that can stop Blackbeard[3], implying he would be able to clash with the Gura Gura no Mi, the strongest Paramecia Devil Fruit[Statistics Values 1]), Multi-Continent level, possibly Moon level in Zoan Forms (Stronger than before. Knocked back Kozuki Oden with a Bolo Breath[4]. His vivre card states that his already high physical abilities get improved even further in his Hybrid Form[5]. The full yield of his Bolo Breath scorched Gear 5th Luffy's body[6], and pushed Snakeman Luffy through Onigashima[7]. His Kaifu effortlessly cut Kiku's arm off and bisected her sword, even though she was able to endure physical attacks from him off-screen, pushed back and drew blood from Post-Haoshoku Advancement Base Luffy [8], and drew blood from Gear 5 Luffy[9] when his own Zoan bite failed to do so [10]. His presence kept Admiral Ryokugyu away from Wano and he was called a dreaded monster by Blackbeard. With just one blow in Hybrid Mode, he injured Law in spite of the later using Curtain[Statistics Values 2]), far higher with Haōshoku Infusion (Completely incapacitated Luffy with a Kosanze Ragnaraku[11]. Badly hurt Law and Zoro with his Raimei Hakke[12]. Slammed Gear 5th Luffy into the ground with his Kosanze Ragnaraku[13]. Can injure Gear 5th Luffy by hitting him with a Daiitoku Raimei Hakke[14]), up to Multi-Continent level, possibly Small Planet level with Shuron Hakke (His Haki was stated to be getting stronger while in this state[15]. His scales were completely unharmed by a shot from Izou and several slashes from Killer. Withstood his own Bolo Breath redirected at him twice by Raizo and Gear 5 Luffy. Took several hits from Luffy using Haōshoku Infusion[22], even taking parts of his Roc Gatling[15]), up to Multi-Continent level, possibly Small Planet level with Shuron Hakke (Grew in durability after drinking several times to the point to where he could take Luffy's Over Kong Gun with little damage[Statistics Values 5]), Multi-Continent level, possibly Moon level with Kaen Daiko (Withstood Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Bajrang Gun for a long period of time prior to its decompression[23])

Stamina:

Superhuman (One of his main strengths that has been highlighted time and time again is his monstrous stamina and pain tolerance, which has undoubtedly contributed to his title as the world's "Strongest Creature". Kaidou is introduced as a man who challenged the Marines and Four Emperors and was caught 18 times-- and endured over a thousand tortures. He was sentenced to death forty times using various methods, all of which he has survived. His hobby is "suicide"[24]. Characters weaker than him have fought for days on end (from five[25][26] to ten days[27]), and he fought Big Mom for at least a day, emerging with only minor damage and displayed no signs of fatigue[28]. During the raid of Onigashima, the Red Scabbards were to accomplish the rare feat of piercing his skin and drawing blood from with their swords and attacks, although these wounds were shown to have little, if any, effect on Kaidou[29]. He could withstand Raizo's Maki Maki no Mi redirecting the force of his own Bolo Breath at close range, as well as assaults from Nekomamushi and Inuarashi's Sulong-enhanced attacks, Kawamatsu’s Amano-gawa, Izou's Dangirigan, and Kikunojo's Zansetsu-gama, eventually requiring Kin'emon, Denjiro, Inuarashi and Ashura Doji to combine their attacks in the form of a Togen Totsuka to put him down[30], which he still didn't fall from as he stated that the injuries to be minor in comparison to when Oden inflicted a massive scar on him before proceeding to begin his counterattack[31]. Later, after defeating the Scabbards[32] and generating Flame Clouds to lift Onigashima with over 35,000 people on it and move the island to Wano[33], he proceeded to engage in another lengthy battle with members of the Worst Generation (Luffy, Zoro, Law, Kid, and Killer), where despite taking even more lasting damage, Kaidou continued fighting regularly, only becoming irritated rather than alarmed by their growing ability to damage him numerous times, either through brute force or bypassing his defenses[34][35][36], one of which being enough to fatally wound someone of Dolflamingo's caliber and would have kill him if not for his ability to mitigate the damage[37]. Despite Luffy's increased strength and skill with Haōshoku Infusion[38], Kaidou was able to match him for dozens of minutes before eventually defeating him[39]. Following that, he began his search for Kozuki Momonosuke[40], defeated Kin'emon again[41], fought Yamato in a lengthy battle[42], and engaged in his second battle with Luffy that night[43]. Even after enduring more attacks that were greatly enhanced by advanced applications of Busōshoku and Haōshoku Haki, and despite being weakened by still carrying Onigashima with his Flame Clouds, Kaidou was able to defeat Luffy once more[44]. Following that, he engaged in a skirmish with the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance and Marco[45], before being dragged into one last showdown with Luffy[46], this time the latter having assumed his Gear 5th, which is considered the pinnacle of what he can do. He fought Gear 5th Luffy for an extended period of time, enduring Luffy stretching through his body, hitting vital spots like his eyes, brain and organs, as well as numerous attacks coated with Busōshoku and Haōshoku Haki[47][48]. After all of this, it took Luffy's most powerful attack to overpower Kaidou's Kaen Daiko and finally put him down[49])

Range: Several Meters by Sheer Size, higher with Hassaikai, Hundreds of Meters in Dragon Form, Tens of Kilometers with Bolo Breath, Flame Clouds (Could cover Onigashima and lift the island hundreds of kilometers into the sky), and Flame Dragon Form (He envelopes his dragon body with flames, becoming larger than Onigashima in length)

Standard Equipment:

• Hassaikai (八斎戒, meaning "Eight Precepts"): His signature weapon is a large, spiked, metal kanabō, which he uses as the catalyst for all his melee attacks. While it does not have a rank, if Kaidou choose to leave the weapon behind it would be called a "legend".

Intelligence: Above Average (Kaidou should be quite intelligent as a Yonko, as he has large territories to manage and has to take care of his massive crew. He is revered in Wano as the "Wise King". Already as a child he was an accomplished warrior)

Weaknesses: Standard Devil Fruit users weaknesses. Easily gets angry over petty reasons. An occasionally suicidal drunkard.

Kaido wins in durability arguably, but unless you believe he's a moon buster he's outmatched in Rayquaza in this regard.

• Hassaikai (八斎戒, meaning "Eight Precepts"): His signature weapon is a large, spiked, metal kanabō, which he uses as the catalyst for all his melee attacks. While it does not have a rank, if Kaidou choose to leave the weapon behind it would be called a "legend".

Intelligence: Above Average (Kaidou should be quite intelligent as a Yonko, as he has large territories to manage and has to take care of his massive crew. He is revered in Wano as the "Wise King". Already as a child he was an accomplished warrior)

Weaknesses: Standard Devil Fruit users weaknesses. Easily gets angry over petty reasons. An occasionally suicidal drunkard.

Kaido wins in durability arguably, but unless you believe he's a moon buster he's outmatched in Rayquaza in this regard.

• By firing a hyper beam up, manages to stop a massive asteroid that threatened to destroy the world.
