I think the matchup will hinder on Genpo's true capabilities as a strategist.
Riboku > Renpa
SSJ < Genpo
Bananji > Kashibou
Gyou'un > Rinko
CGR ~ Kyou'en???
But despite the matchup advantage being for Riboku. I think the team work and just having worked with each other for decades and knowing each others weaknesses and what have you will pull this towards Renpa's side. That'd be the only chink in the armor that could be exploited. However, outside of that going with Riboku army.
The other outlier factor is Genpo's strategic abilities in open warfare.
