And I would say it is honestly debatable. Duke Hyou is datboi that he could win in this scenario, dude’s instincts can legit beat any commander.

I would honestly probably favor Duke Hyou in a straightforward battle over Riboku.

I’d say Duke easily secures the 10k battle, high diffs 50k, and the 100k goes both ways

I don't know lol. Yes the Duke conquered RBK's formation and would've killed him most likely without Houken but I'm not sure if RBK could ever lose this matchup when he has a brute by his side that can fight the enemy commander.
The Duke is beating Bananji obviously but SSJ is also a dirty MF that can do some damage.

I'm saying the Duke takes it with 10K and loses with 50-100K because RBK can do far more with those numbers than the Duke.

One thing to consider is the strength of the fodder. Iirc Ouki said the Dukes soldiers were slightly stronger than his. I would like to know how the Ousen army compares to that.

Maybe with some more feats Rage mode Bananji might actually scale above the Duke.

Zhao wins this decisively, but the Duke can make them pay for a high price for victory.

Duke Hyou is an absolute beast, but there's too much brainpower and mitigating prowess opposite him in this battle. He needs backup to win this.

Unless it was specifically stated like it was for JKR And I forgot, I doubt Coalition and Gokei Arc Duke was a worse duelist than a younger version of himself

DUKE was portrayed as superior commander in a straight battle. And yes, Bannaji is strong and SSJ is badass but so are Duke and his raged mode soldiers.

The only character outright stated to appear impervious to ageing is Ren Pa - and that was nearly a decade ago, when the man was already pushing 70.

I think common sense needs to be applied here. Age is going to be a factor in fighting ability. Characters will see their fighting primes in their youth, not old age.

As I perceive it, Duke Hyou was a STR 98 LDR 93 INT 80 during the Golden Age of the Warring States, and by the time of his introduction in the series he was a STR 95 LDR 95 INT 82. That seems appropriate to me.

My immediate thought was Riboku wins

But on further thought..... Duke could easily pull off an upset victory.

Especially since Bananji 99% can't slay the Duke.

Riboku's cavalry could help him escape if a worst case scenario where both Bananji and SSJ die

Duke takes it. Number of soldiers aren't significant here. He just have to eliminate Bananji first in every scenario and than charge straight up at Riboku's HQ though it would be empty coz Riboku would have fled right after seeing Banaji's corpse.
