They are not gonna learn in a couple of days what took Luffy a year and a half to get down.
If the other SH's ever get haki it will be an awakening in an extreme situation similar to Usopp. It's too late for just training to do the trick at this point unless Oda really wants to downplay the two years timeskip and the work of mentors like Rayleigh.

From early posttimekip Oda showed that Robin knows about haki like have knowledge about it so maybe she learned how it is done with the rev but just doesn’t have a strong will to apply it or something. We also now know she trained and learned a fishman karate move and Sabo’s claw thing. If Oda cared about her, Haki could be something she awakens in an extreme situation kinda like how she got the demon form (honestly that one moment would have been perfect opportunity for haki. She had a giant clone that was inferior but then suddenly made another giant body that’s way stronger after realizing her will to protect the crew).
