Character Discussion Robin or Chopper ?

Pre time Skip all the strawhats were great characters

Post time skip I feel they all (with the exception of one character) either regressed or stayed the same
but
I think the 2 that regressed the most were robin and chopper

Who do you put at the bottom?
For me even though chopper is by far the most useless And annoying
I would pick robin

pre time skip robin was imo not only by far the best strawhat
But the best character in the whole show

she was unique different and mysterious
Her arc was the best
And her character growth was just a joy to watch

unfortunately oda took all her uniqueness away
And turn her into a fan service pulling crazy cringy facial expression bimbo

Robin will have a huge role in the final stage of story with Revolutionaries/Poneglyphs/Void century and will probably be targeted during the race for Laugh Tale.
I think Oda gave her less spotlight at the start of the NW to balance things a bit

Robin's character is destined to develop exponentially. We have barely seen anything of what the Devil Child can do and will manage to do.

She hasn't been a disappointment either, she looks pretty on point except for her power but she hasn't had the chance to prove her full potential just yet.

Chopper's character is near total development, even fighting wise, so I don't expect too much from it unlike with Robin basically.
