He’s a short guy too. A man who could take down giants. The moment you look at him, you might think he’s weak, underestimate him, just like Buggy or Foxy. But that would be a huge mistake.
Xebec might be small, but he’s no joke. He’s got the power to take on even the strongest, the ability to knock down giants, and his Haki is likely terrifying. Still, just like the other short villains, he doesn’t always show his full hand at first. You think he’s goofy, you think he’s weak... but he's anything but.
His goofiness is part of his charm... and his biggest flaw.
Maybe he got cocky, thinking he could win by just being the strongest. But his pride and unpredictability cost him. He would’ve had the world if he just controlled his impulsiveness.
Luffy? Luffy’s goofy too. But he’s lucky. Xebec? He was unlucky, cursed by fate. He was destined to screw things up, even if he had the power to win.
