Role for Mentioning

Just a role for something like spoilers to get it in peoples alerts. A role that could be toggled so only people who want the spoilers get mentioned.

not sure if we'll implant something like the or not but you can use the "watch" option as an alternative for certain sections and threads it pretty much does the same thing as what you suggested
