Just because Aramaki carries around a black blade doesn’t mean he forged it? Zoro was using a black blade pre timeskip and it’s not like he forged it. It’s likely the same case for Aramaki. Just because he’s an admiral doesn’t automatically mean he did it himself like ryuma or mihawk did. It’s likely someone else forged it black

As for who could’ve forged it if the admiral didn’t? It could’ve been done by some fodder woman important to Aramaki before taking her life with the blade. With him carrying it as well as her will

Because I don’t think it’s specifically a power level feat. Being strong doesn’t mean you can forge one
like I said I think death/sacrifice is the key to forging one

And kaido didn’t have awakened but random impel down beast did

Kaido and oden were too strong and never put into a situation where they were pushed to awaken or make their blades black respectively
