Luffy has to bead all the Admirals before becoming PK. Final war happens after he is King. Gorosei & Imu are the only candidates to be final war material.

Yeah he will beat them before reaching Laugh Tale where he will fight Teach probably that's why I can see the war happening earlier. We will probs have a final arc in Marijoa against the Government though.

Final war will be massive:it will be like taking on 4 Yonko at once.
WG:50-100 thousand fodder marines,thousands of battle ships,3 admirals+1 fleet admiral,Kong,Sengoku,Garp,dozens of vice admirals,more dozens of lower ranked marines with good fighting skills,Cipher Phol to guard the CD,Pacifistas,The New SSG weapon,Vegapunk and his crazy techs(hope he turns out to be a bad guy afterall) and Imu as possible trump cards.
My prediction: Luffy will show up with all ancient weapons,Elbaf/Wano/Fishman Island/Zou/Dressrosa/Alabasta/Drum as allied nations,Grand Fleet,Revolutionary army,a few supernovas such as Kidd and Law will join the party too.Germa 66 could show up for vengeance.Buggy and Shanks should show up if they are still alive at that point.It will be Marineford on cocaine and roids.
