The tall Elder looks like many would picture god. He looks like the typical old man in the clouds. I believe he is Jupiter. Jupiter/Zeus is associated with raining down thunder from the sky. Like Enel. That attack in Lulusia was more like a laser, but the resemblence is undeniable. He even looks like Ganfall. The Elders might have powers comparable to the Ancient Weapons. They themselves might not be the strongest fighters but they could be able to create natural disasters and so on.
