I know this is a poor attempt by Anti-Sanji Pirates to downplay anything that's related to Sanji but here's two questions:

1. That is just anime filler
2. Why does Sai struggled with Chinjao who is only Veteran level?

More like basic armament, at least stack it with haki if you want to be taken seriously.
It's hardening equivalent for number 4.

Sai has haki and blue flame with plasma! The SSG don't have haki, it's all strength.

Sanji's blue flames aesthetically looks good but below Killer's level AP

Yeah, his blue flame looks sick, especially the thunder cracks. Maybe it has lower ATTACK stat because Sanji put stat points into it's CHARM stat.
