Sanji is fast, but against Saitama and UI Goku?? They're in a league of their own.

When Raditz dodged Picollo's Special Beam Cannon, the later remarked how Raditz was even faster than light speed... UI Goku is leagues above Raditz, comparing Sanji with him is dumb.
