There are different normal punch power I think and Saitama knows how to gauge his strength.

If we go fist to fist BB will loose his hand Saitama normal punch will be too strong.

But BB will have more AOE in that situation if we compare the two punchs you showed separately. But BB punch is clearly weaker.

As @RayanOO said that BB will die if they engage in a fist fight, but if you look separately BB's punch may cause more destruction due to nature of his DF.
