So we know that Sanji’s kicking forms are based on a mixture of Underworld + Food puns as follows:
Diable = ‘Diavolo’ which is an Italian Cuisine based on spicy food whilst also being a pun on the word Diablo.
Ifrit = “Frit” which is the French word for “fry”
I now have the final form:
“Charon Jambe”
Charon is a figure from Greek mythology that ferry’s the dead into the underworld. He’s depicted as a figure with fiery eyes. But also it should be noted that Charon can be a pun on the word ‘Char’, which is the French word for “blackening”. This will tie in with Sanji gaining black flames, tying to the theme of the underworld whilst also fitting his cooking motif
So, how will it look?

How does Sanji achieve this last form is up to debate?
Whilst the easy answer could be AdCOC, I think Oda ought to be more creative. Maybe have Sanji’s PoL come into play, whereby the ability he has to heat himself up to the nth degree is the same power that allows him to modify his body through sheer will. I personally believe that the Power of Love is what is keeping Sanji from fully turning into an emotionless machine just like his siblings. It makes no sense that the gene activation would stop only giving Sanji the benefit without the change as Judge coded that into them. However, Sanji’s will to realise his mum’s wishes for him to have emotions has manifested in that Sanji - through sheer will - is keeping the mutation from fully activating.
However, there will be a point in the story where his emotions will be tested ie. the death of Luffy (before he restarts his heart, against maybe. Blackbeard), Usopp being mortally wounded, Zeff’s death, Nami/Robin being wounded which is when I believe the mutation will kick in and Sanji will transform into his full Germa-self (turning his hair black, increasing his speed, strength, durability, etc) however he becomes empty. Only when he utilises the purest form of the Power of love is when Sanji will be able to control this form turning it on and off, whilst giving him access to ability to use Charon Jambe.
