Sanji ever since he use his raid suit made him worry af that he would lose his own self, what if Vegapunk would somehow knew that this is true? and he would one day lose himself so yeah he would fix him..

I mean I don’t really think Sanji’s Germa genes are gonna play a major role in Egghead. When it happened in Wano it was a direct continuation of his character arc from WCI, but that character arc feels finished now. He rejected his relation to Germa and he knows that it doesn’t take away his emotions like he thought it would.

It's either that Sanji's willpower is so strong that he managed to regress his evil transformation or Vegapunk will explain about how lineage factor works since he was an associate with Judge and Queen who have knowledge about Germa technology.

There is also the MADS stuff that was only mentioned because of Sanji, on which Judge, Ceasar, Queen and Vegapunk were part of that team.. So i think Sanji must have an important role here
