I think it will be highly conditional! I think that Sanji has two separate and distinct personalities due to the delayed manipulation of his Lineage Factor i.e. Black Leg and Stealth Black. This is how he will bypass not being able to hit women, because the personality which uses ACoC will be distinct from him being able to fight Zaza. However, Sanji will need to dominate his alter ego to prevent him [Stealth Black] from going beserk. Sanji has no issues with letting others hit or even kill women. He was fine with Big Mom being killed by Bege as long as she was fed. We have similar precedence of this from Cavendish who is a good analogue for Sanji. A blonde former prince turned pirate, who has a duality to his being. Cavendish is able to manifest Hakuba and even control him to a degree.
